I have had the privilege of contributing to the University of Michigan (U-M) where I started my career in 2006 in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions (Undergraduate Admissions), moved to the U-M Stephen M. Ross School of Business (Graduate Admissions). In 2014, I began my career at U-M Information Technology Services (ITS) where I supported the greater university, 19 schools and colleges in undergraduate and graduate admissions. This background in admissions and IT has led me to my current position which I began in 2023 at the U-M ITS Salesforce Center of Excellence serving our campus with CRM and Marketing Cloud solution from Salesforce.
