As the Managing Principal for New England (MA, NH, RI, ME, VT), Rob is responsible for leading the commercial real estate brokerage and advisory efforts in the region as well as driving Cushman & Wakefield's overall strategy, growth, and client-focused culture. Prior to this role, he was the U.S. Lead for Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory team, which delivers clients accurate, reliable valuations that guide smart equity and debt decisions in real-time.Rob’s experience and insight into the commercial real estate industry are instrumental in developing the firm's strategic growth initiatives. His proven success in leading organizations through substantial change and growth along with his experience in valuation, teams, and processes has enhanced the platform and the level of client service.Rob earned an MBA from Boston University and a BS from the University of Connecticut.He is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), and holds the MRICS designation from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
