Operations Team Lead
CurrentI'm responsible for a technical operations team.My task is to organize daily work an ensure every member of the team is utilized, has all the needed information and equipment do deliver their part as well some long term development/implementation plans.I'm also responsible for analyzing and developing concepts (in coordination with development) of custom customer requests for IVR services.Coordinating communication and projects between departmens (witch include WebRTC solutions, server migrations, partner integration...) is also a part of my role. Responsibilithies:➜ Developing/Testing/Implementing of IVR solutions (Astro, Customer Care, Routing solutions ...)➜ Arranging and maintaining VoIP connection with partners (SIP trunking, ...)➜ Documenting solutions➜ Server maintenance (backup, PBX and platform upgrades)
