Sales in excess of £140m pa & over 750 members of staff. • Talent Strategy – Responsible for shaping the talent attraction strategy across the business, taking this high growth start up from 90 people to close to 750. • Talent Acquisition – Reduced agency usage from 90% to 22% whilst hiring over 550 people over 4 years. Saved in excess of £1.4m through the adoption of a rigorous direct sourcing model.• Tripled the size of the technical team, hiring DevOps, Software Engineers and Data Analytics roles. • Stakeholder Management – Dealing with stakeholders of all shapes and sizes across all depts. including, but not limited to, Buying, Digital Analytics, Marketing, Ecommerce, Finance, Operations & IT. • Team-Management – Built a recruiting team of three to increase our ability to direct source.
