An award-winning senior executive, Bob Weaver, served the U.S. government for 40 years, with 22 years in the U. S. Secret Service dedicated to protecting the United States’ national leaders and the country’s critical infrastructure. Following his career in the government, which culminated in serving as the Deputy Director of the Infrastructure Coordination Division at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Robert Weaver joined The Guidry Group, Sequoia Security Group, DFLabs, Argonne National Laboratory, Systems Research and Applications Corporation, G&H International Services, Major League Baseball, PJM Interconnection, ICF International, Energetics, and IBM as a Senior Executive. Mr. Weaver has uniquely broad expertise having traveled to and worked in over 100 countries in his 40 years of experience. Mr. Weaver, a 9/11 World Trade Center survivor, is perhaps best known for being the founder of the U.S. Secret Service led New York Electronic Crimes Task Force – a public-private partnership convening law enforcement, academia, and private sector. The model he pioneered was adopted by U.S. Secret Service and replicated in key cities around the world, and later depicted in section 105 of the USA PATRIOT Act. PATRIOT ACT SECTION 105 EXPANSION OF NATIONAL ELECTRONIC CRIME TASK FORCE INITIATIVE, Currently, there are over 40 such National and International task forces. Mr. Weaver became Deputy Director at the Department of Homeland Security, where he assisted in establishing the way the DHS coordinates partnerships and information sharing. Mr. Weaver is an international guest lecturer. Also, he has received multiple U.S. Secret Service Outstanding performance Awards for major investigations and events to include private sector recognition.Mr. Weaver attended Senior Executive Service Development training at the Federal Executive Institute and has a Masters in Science and Technology from George Washington University.
