Pathologist support, customer service, report generation, office management, specimen preparation for testing, transcription.

• Supervising specimen processing production and assisting as needed• Maintaining and writing departmental policies and procedures• Planning, writing, and implementing new policies and procedures to increase quality and efficiency• Working with sales staff to ensure that client needs were being met effectively• Providing metrics on daily requisition counts and client test ordering trends • Providing weekly reports at the lab operations committee meetings• Monitoring error rates as a part of quality control• Employee reviews and Employee Development• Employee time card management• Recruiting/Interviewing• Employee scheduling• Maintaining employee files
