Responsabilities:-I'm a problem solver in Givaudan. I'm the only Technical Flavourist in all LATAM and this region is my responsibility;-I'm the Regional Manager of global projects and responsible to achieve the goals. These projects are related with cardex and size pallet;-I'm responsible to solve global issues with raw materials too (always referring to LATAMscope ) such as regulatory, shortage, crops damages and many other problems;-I use my 32 years of experience to find solutions and - besides this - looking for savings to the company.-I'm responsible for Obsolescence management and look for alternatives to use some raw materials that have no use anymore for the company;-I'm the administrator of our creative system (where the flavourists input all the formulas) and have the control of accessments and allow new users;When Givaudan bought another company (Quest, the number five in all word) I was responsible to transfer all the products from the old Quest plant to our plant, formula by formula, and adjust each one to fit well in our equipment. We achieved this goal 3 months before the deadline;- I've been working also in the last 10 years with "one time replacement" (when you have an issue with a specific raw material in one formula but just for one production);-Support to the Quality Control in Sensorial Analysis;-Responsibility for local teams in Brazil, Argentina and Mexico;-Technical support for production transfers among Givaudan’s plants;-Technical support for Regulatory adjustments and formula optimizations.

- Responsible for RIM Creation Stream - LatAm;- Formulae optimization and support for raw material management in LatAm;- Technical support for production transfer between Givaudan plants;- Technical support for Cardex maintenance and specific projects at regional level;- Technical support for Regulatory adjusts and/or racionalization of formulae.

- Responsible for flavours development (for food in general, as soft drinks, confectionary, savory, etc), as the necessity of the costumers;- Technical support in Sensorial Analysis;- Responsible for the improvement of market share in flavors for animal feed (in general) and Oral Care;- Responsible for technical speechs in Congress or seminars.

- Responsible for flavours, extracts, natural dyes and fruit pulp developments;- Scale up support.- Responsible for prepare and send samples from Creation departament.
