The Center Umanamente is a multidisciplinary team, made up of qualified professionals with different backgrounds and specialities, who help the family as a whole, for the promotion of health, the prevention and treatment of distress, being it psychological, physical or legal. The team is made up clinical psychologists, psychotherapists, art therapists, speech and language therapists, pediatricians, nutritionists, psychiatrists, a doula, and a lawyer.The Center Umanamente welcomes children and families who have different ethnic and cultural backgrounds, people who speak more than one language and have a history of travelling from a "home" to another.

Generate SAM and TAM identifying, visiting and validating all Customers, ranking them by potential and end equipment , plan business development plan with local Sales organization.Monitor all identifies opportunities vs design win / revenue. Directly involved with major Customers on business development / design win, track all ongoing design in activities and support all technical marketing activities with all Customers supported by local sales organization or Distribution. Support end equipment definition / block diagram and develop material to support design in activities.Support new products definition and validation, author of three Patent on ultrasound and flow meters. Track emerging technologies.

Generate EMEA SAM and TAM identifying, visiting and validating all Customers, ranking them by potential and end equipment , plan business development plan with local Sales organization.Monitor all identifies opportunities vs design win / revenue. Directly involved with major Customers on business development / design win, track all ongoing design in activities and support all technical marketing activities with all Customers supported by local sales organization or Distribution. Support end equipment definition / block diagram and develop material to support design in activities.Create and manage a network of IDH Independent Design House to support different technologies / end equipment.Support new products definition and validation, author of two Patent on ultrasound and flow meters. Coordinate activities with Universities track emerging technologies.Support international exhibition.

Business development in Europe, working with local FAE / Sales organization and Distributors.Track and monitor design in activities across all Countries.Identify new market/products, establish relationship with Customers in order to support new products definition / validation .Business Manager, IO-Link / Binary Industrial Interface (2009-2010)Identify Worldwide market potential SAM and TAM and competition.Visit all major Customers, spending 50% of time travelling in Germany Develop road map / product line strategyCoordinate all activities with Definer, Designer, Testing etc.Drive new products through all the development cycleSupport and track design in activities

Technical support and promotion Maxim product line with direct customers in Italy and Semtech and Burr Brow product lines with Distribution Customers in Italy.

Analog designer (power supply) and CAE with key European Customers.

Analog Designer (power supplies and UPS)

Design and develop industrial system for automation (Analog, Digital and optical parts)
