One of my daily duties at Wipro Technologies has been to assist and solve issues that came from clients situated all around the globe.Some of the areas where I have offered support were: cloud computing, email mailboxes setup and maintaining, PowerShell, active-directory, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, even Virtual OS.Beside the technical skills I have gained, one can say that I have improved a lot the soft skills as well: client-oriented, communication, team and individual work based personality, active learning, the ability to work under pressure.
