VIVA Grafica (owned by Corporacion Elefante) is an industrial wide format digital printing and CNC cutting, serving Central American countries. • Conceptualized, developed, implemented and this project in less than one year.• Created CAPEX, OPEX budgets and executed them.• Directed the preparation of the facilities.• Evaluated, selected and gathered all team members.• Technically evaluated and selected the equipment and suppliers. • Designed administrative and productive processes, and implemented an ERP system. • Managed the Business.

VIVA Outdoor (owned by Corporacion Elefante) is the biggest outdoor advertising media company in El Salvador.• Explored and analyzed companies for investment opportunities in all Central American countries. • Evaluated and analyzed companies for acquisition, focusing on telecommunications and billboard infrastructures. Collaborated with Due Diligence processes.• Promoted to VIVA Grafica CEO.

CATowers is the Telecommunications infrastructure branch of VIVA Outdoor (owned by Corporacion Elefante).• Led the roll out of infrastructure in more than 170 different locations for several telecommunications providers. • Generated a new business worth more than $15 MM, exceeding 60% EBITDA. This gave the corporation a high gourd position to venture into new acquisitions, aggressive investment and financial reformation. • Created strong bonds and confidence with key clients.• Proficient at Suppliers negotiations and their follow-up. • Promoted to VIVA Outdoor CSO.

VIVA Outdoor (owned by Corporacion Elefante)• Collaborated with the integration of 6 different acquisitions of companies or assets.• Tripled the size of the company within 5 years.• Upgraded the operating controls and asset management. • Launched a very aggressive legalization project of all infrastructure and leases for billboards. • Obtained local government permits, working with a specialized legal firm. • Created GPS references for every structure. • Conducted the development and creation of a web-based platform, which contains and displays the profile of each site, allowing better operation, and controlled access of the clients to this database.• Promoted to CATowers General Manager

Project Management and Planner Ingenio Chaparrastique (owned by Gupo CASSA) is one of the most important sugar mills in the country.• Implemented best practices, and modernization projects.• Evaluated and implemented new automatic controls systems in many production areas like, mills, boilers, juice heating, grain formation, centrifuges, drying and packaging. • Worked on the modernization of boilers, looking for stability and efficiency in the use of steam, replacing turbines with high efficiency electric motors. • Prepared the baseline for the renewable energy cogeneration project, using biomass.
