I am a journalist who is young at heart. Guided by my curiosity, perseverance, and passion, I have been able to accomplish my journalistic endeavors since college.I have been married for 20 years to my wife, Barbara, and I am the father of four boys.Currently, I am the Assistant Director of the weekly magazine Oggi. I manage the oggi.it website as well as provide guidance and support to an editorial staff of ten people. Oggi.it first launched in 2010, under my continuous leadership, in March 2016 we reached a record of 7+ million unique users/month, 45+ million page views/month, and 1.2+ million stream views/month (source: Omniture Site Census).After initial collaborations with various newspapers during college, I have built my journalistic career step by step within RCS - Rizzoli Corriere della Sera. I joined as an intern in 2001 and in a short time I was promoted to Editor, then to Senior Editor In Chief, and lastly to Vice Director. Having written and covered just about everything (including: interviews, reports, news), as well as coordinating about 30 people from the headquarters of Oggi magazine, and enthusiastically driving the transformation from paper to the web, I have acquired an influx of experience in management and multimedia content creation. My passion in pursuing new endeavors combined with yearn to never stop learning is the reason I am now seeking new opportunities in my journalistic career.
