- Monitoring of Repair Network Performance (Operational / Financial)- Drive Outsourcing vendor in terms of focus and performance for Repair Network- Develop CS operations procedures and processes (both for Outsourcing Vendor and Repair Providers) in order to fulfil set Targets and KPIs- Xperia Care Return Services local pricing control, service development, KPI’s and customer satisfaction- Join relevant Repair Network related internal and external governance - Steering of improvement action plans both with the outsourcing vendor and internal stakeholders - Provision of comprehensive dashboard and text reporting on the status, success stories and challenges of the Repair Network towards other internal and external stakeholder- On request join Sales Partner governance relevant to Repair Network performance.- Provision of relevant planning parameters to outsourcing partner (e.g. returns forecast)- Provision of Repair Network relevant budget and forecasting input in line with the Sony Mobile financial planning schedule.- Collaborate with Sourcing and GCS stakeholders on supplier selection (e.g. RFQ/RFI), supplier management (performance reviews) and supplier consolidation.

Responsible for all customer service relationships with Sony Mobile Accredited Services Centres, distributors and 3PL to ensure the quality of information and technical repair work is consistent with Sony Mobile quality requirements. Responsible for Service Agent performance and provide direction and assistance where needed. Provide product support to the Australian, New Zealand, Fiji & PNG Sony Mobile Unit. Direct responsiblity for: - Customer service implementation of mobile products and management of product life cycle.- Investigation and collection of product issues and reporting to global IT fault reporting system.- Relationship management of the outsourced Sony Mobile High Volume Centres.- Develop, manage and implement high-level projects that will increase the efficiencies for the customer’s services area.- Manage High level customer escalations - Market Unit management of swap stock inventory
