We provide on-site 3D laser scanning services to produce accurate as-built digital twin models. We also lead and manage VDC-BIM coordination projects for MEP-FP sub-contractors utilizing Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revizto, and AutoDesk Construction Cloud platform. Additionally, we offer field digital layout services with field use drawings for our MEP teams, ensuring efficient project execution.

Responsible for creating and maintaining 3D coordination models for Project Specific Requirements.- Creation of 3D models including structure, interior/exterior architectural elements and MEP/FP systems- Conduct clash detection and generate/update clash reports- Detailing of MEP systems and producing coordination/shop drawings.- Acknowledge possible construct-ability issues to address to project teams and provide solutions- Perform site visits to log as-builts to be updated in BIM (3D laser scanning)- Distribute new and revised models during all phases of construction, including but not limited to scope changes, RFI's, ASI's, etc.- Adhere to specific project standards and requirements- Update and maintain RFI logs per project and log submittal data- Attend weekly BIM coordination meetings, as required- Manage project set up in Revit or CAD- Use BIM 360 platform, Procore, Bluebeam, Navisworks and Manage RFIs throughout BIM process from open to close along with model updates

Responsible for designing and detailing of Mechanical (HVAC) Duct Layout and Piping systems in a 3D environment using BIM practices and various software programs.(Autodesk Fabrication MEP) (Revit - Fab Parts)

- On-site 3D laser scanning (RTC 360) & Register/Process Scans. - Produced Scan to BIM Models of Architectural, Structural, MEP/FP Disciplines. Point-Cloud Modeling on Revit (BIM 360)- BIM Modeling & Coordination using Navisworks Manage- MEP Detailing and Coordination/Shop drawings

- Successfully managed the 3D laser scanning operation and presented a time efficient workflow of uniting and georeferencing 3D scanned data with conventional survey control practices of exposed and underground natural gas pipeline stations to create as-built drawings on AutoCAD Civil 3D- Project planning, Performing office calculations/drafting- Onsite 3D scanning and Field Data Collection (Residential, Commercial, Gas)- Compiling Registering and Generating 3D models and project deliverables.

- Produced and Completed 2D as-built (CAD) drawing deliverables of Food Chains and Commercial buildings including Floor Plans, Interior & Exterior Elevations, RCP & Roof Plans, and Site Plans- Operated a Leica ScanStation P40 on-site to 3D Laser Scan Oil & Gas Refineries- Assisted in registration/post processing of scanned data on Leica Cyclone/ Recap software.- Generated as-built 3D BIM/Solid Models using AutoCAD 3D and Revit of Petrochemical Plants, Industrial Facilities, Architectural Buildings, and Manufacturing Plants. 3D modeling disciplines consisted of Architectural, Structural, and MEP trades.- QA/QC 3D Models against Point-Cloud data using Navisworks Manage clash detective tool.
