Hi! I’m Roberto, and I’ve been fortunate to be involved in over 240 projects throughout my career, embracing a wide range of challenges and taking on various roles within the industry.Today, I’m the Partner & Chief Operations Officer at NotReal, where I manage and oversee the company’s operations. My background is rooted in animation and production, but as our studio has grown, I naturally transitioned into a more expansive management role. It’s been rewarding to support the development of all departments as we continue to evolve.Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with some of the world’s leading brands, including Microsoft, Google, ServiceNow, RingCentral, Squarespace, Nike, Spotify, IBM, Geico, UPS, McKinsey, Facebook, Siemens, Pepsi, Sony, Bloomberg, ADT, V8, TEDx, Whole Foods, Miller, Cartoon Network, the Miami Dolphins, Sauza, and more.My career journey:I studied Broadcast Production at Universidad de Belgrano (1999-2003) and began my professional path at Roy Sly, where I learned the craft of editing and built a solid foundation in production.In 2005, I joined 3dar, diving into the world of motion design and CG/VFX. I started as a junior animator and compositor, and by the time I left in 2009, I was directing and coordinating complex projects across the industry.In 2010, I founded Kasana, with the vision of curating top creative and technical talent from the region. It was an ambitious move, but I was driven by a passion for pushing the limits. Over the next 8-9 years, I worked with incredible artists, handling a wide array of responsibilities.In 2018, my journey took an exciting turn when Milton Gonzalez and Valeria Moreiro reached out to me. They were on vacation when a project opportunity came through, and they needed someone to step in. That collaboration laid the foundation for our partnership (also with Eugenia García Montaldo.Since then, our partnership has flourished, and when I look back at how far we’ve come, I’m proud of our progress—both in terms of creative achievements and in refining our processes and workflows. The journey has been filled with creative challenges and complex productions, and I remain deeply motivated to continue contributing with our company’s growth.
