Responsible of accounting, finance and control for this Italian legal entity, part of a multinational group with headquarters in U.S.A. and with presence also in South America, Northern Europe and Asia, active in the tire business and related technologies to increase the tires useful life. Set-up of the annual BDG, monthly variance control, forecast of data and KPI's of the two divisions (the bigger related to make-to-order production of recycling equipment), transfer price, rolling cash flow forecast and other ad-hoc analysis and report (US gaap) for the management. Responsible of a team of no. 3 colleagues (accounting/finance).

Head of Controlling for this multinational company operating in the technologies for financial and ID applications. Employed to strength the finance office in the HQ (in Munich, Germany until March 2021). Set-up of the annual BDG and monthly variance control of data and KPI's of all the Entities (in total 6) globally located from Malaysia to USA, and consolidated figures. Participation in agreement with finance function to the definition of the Business Plan (3-5 years), rolling cash flow forecast, transfer price policy and other ad-hoc analysis and report for the CEO and for the management.

Achieved the set-up of accounting procedures and software selection to run better and smoothly this S.M.E. active in the fashion industry. Managing contracts and invoices with supplier and distributors, dealing better terms of payments to improve the cash flow. Control of the finance. Set the budget and the KPIs with the shareholders/directors and execute variance control and forecasts on monthly base.

Achieved a bank loan of around 1/6 of the annual level of budgeted sales with a major Italian bank and another line of credit with a factor, to bank customer’s invoices and improve the cash flow. Managed relationship with directors, banks, factors and audit companies. Responsible for the budget/forecasting and variance analysis, financials and quarterly business report, and others ad-hoc reports for the CFO and the directors. Responsible of a team of 5 colleagues (3 accounting/finance, 1 HR, 1 IT).

Employed to strength the Control Division. Dealt with project managers, control of the budgets, variance analysis and forecasting of some big projects (up to 50 million €, each) and small projects (part of the public lighting division).

Responsible mainly for the cash activities and also for the organization of documents (especially payment of customer`s taxes), executive for the credit to corporate customers
