Shipped titles I worked on in this role:-MotoGP22-MotoGP23-MotoGP24In my role as QA Lead I carried out the following tasks:-Compilation of test cases and build actionlists for submission-Management of resources used on the project (up to 14 during the Gold submission period) with organization of individual activities based on priorities and deadlines within the Sprint workflow-Daily communication with the Core Team on the status of the project on the QA and submission side-Release Management, in charge of approval, upload and release of builds, patches and DLC-Management of relationships with various Platform Holders and with external testing agencies (CQA, LQA, FQA etc.)-Pre-release and post-release QA project management
