I was born and raised in Orlando, FL and was (and still am) physically active in many sports. I have been swimming since I was 6 years old and enjoy any kind of physical activity. Currently, my interests include open water swimming, sailing, and hiking.

I am currently an Instructor at USF and an Environmental Specialist at the Florida Department of Health in Pinellas County. My passion is public health. It makes me happy to know that I am helping and making a difference in my city.

What makes my current positions the best I have worked thus far is the people I work with. I love being surrounded by energetic, compassionate, and empathetic people who want nothing but to make our local community a better place to live.

I am looking forward to a long career in public health and to many long lasting relationships with other professionals who are working towards the same goal of improving the health of our friends and families.
