    From June 2015 as project manager led a team involved in some tasks of a big project in Telecom Italia company: Digital BSS. The purpose of project was a migration of a business model toward a customer-oriented model.     From May 2013 in “Poste Italiane” starting new and very important project for design and implementation of a new software system, web-based, useful for offer-creation and offer-management. As project manager I led a team-work in all phases of the project: kick-off project,user requirements collection, requirements analysis, design of the hardware platform, design & implementation of new software, testing and getting the software in operation environment. All of the tasks were accompanied of suitable documentation.The developed software provide a centralized repository for the offers and a workflow that support offer creation. The workflow is Oracle BPM based and makes participation possible to many stakeholder during the offer creation phase: Marketing, Postal Services, Private Market, etc. The base software involved are: Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle RAC & Oracle WebLogic and Linux 6.2 OS.

    As a senior analyst and C++ developer I was a member of design and development group of a new Integration Bus named "Infobus R4" for "Telecomitalia" customer. It was a modern "Enterprise Service Bus" (ESB) with the same services exposed either in Java and C++ through "Bea WebLogic" and Tuxedo.The lower part of the software stack was responsible for to interface towards all legacy system in Telecomitalia and their different technologies: RMI, BMQ, SonicMQ, Tibco EMS, SAP, DB, etc.In other words the designed system offer a separation layer that make possible to a new systems designed over a modern technologies to interface old and legacy systems based over old tecnologies making it possible to reuse these old systems that contains important and critical data of the company.
