Founder and manager of DTU Skylab FoodLab, the food system change laboratory DTU's innovation hub. Developing vision, mission and long-term funding strategy for the DTU Skylab FoodLab. Responsible for developing partnerships and collaborations. Managing national, European and international projects.Over the course of my career, I have engaged in developing innovative products, technologies and activities that address topics such as climate change, novel foods, and healthy and sustainable diets at national and international levels. I have significant experience collaborating with food scientists, nutritionists, public health experts and engineers as well as social scientists in the areas of human-centred and holistic design. Social and environmental sustainability stand at the heart of all the work that I am engaged in.During the past years, I have built up multiple collaborations with organisations such as the World Food Programme, World Health Organization, Danish Red Cross, and the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition. I have experience working with partners and universities in Europe, North America, Latin America, Africa and Asia.In 2023 I have to contributed to the Italian Pavilion "Spaziale- Everyone belongs to everyone else" at the Venice Biennale of Architecture. My role, Co-developer of “trasformazioni possibili” a project that investigates the complex relationships between traditional products and contemporary supply chains. With a constant openness towards learning my goal is to push the boundaries between food, science, technology and human connections.
