Responsible for 6 Production Supervisors, 7 Setters and 90 Operators.-Development of new manufacturing strategies and equipment during project launches.-Six Sigma Green Belt certified project leader responsible for project launches within my area.-Responsible for assuring the validation and implementation of new part numbers and engineering changes.-Management and control of the production plans within my areas.-Responsible for preparing and receiving customer and IATF audits in my areas.-Coordination, follow-up and implementation of corrective actions and action plans needed after any customer concern or complaint.-Manage launch cost budgets to ensure the appropriate usage of funds. -Responsible for controlling and managing inventories in my production areas.-Experience with customers; Ford, Nissan, Chrysler, Mazda, Harley-Davidson, Tesla and Brembo

-Engineering Coordinator in charge of the Starter Motor division. Responsible for 6 production lines, 6 Process Engineers, 15 Engineering Technicians and 140 Production Operators.-Coordinate and control the production and manufacturing processes for each production line within Starter division (Rotor, Stator, Switch, Brush Holder, Bracket and Final Assembly).-Daily monitoring of key performance indicators of the production lines within the Starter Motor division.-Management of the installation, setting, pre-production and start-of-production of new lines.-Management and follow-up of improvement and kaizen projects.-Planning, setting and implementing new models for the Starter Motor division.-Responsible for my department’s ISO/TS 16949 certification and certified ISO/TS 16949 internal auditor.-Responsible for the validation and implementation of engineering changes.-VDA 6.3 (Verband der Automobilindustrie) internal process auditor.-Main responsible from my department for preparing and receiving the customers’ process audits.-Experience with customers; Paccar, Navistar, Daimler, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Iveco, Volkswagen, MAN, Scania, General Motors, Honda, Nissan, Mazda and Ford.-I received technical training in the main Mitsubishi Electric Automotive group’s factory in Himeji, Japan.
