~13 years of experience fully dedicated to transform pharmaceutical and healthcare industries in Latin America. I am one of the leaders of McKinsey’s Healthcare practice in Latam. I co-lead McKinsey’s healthcare work in the region and have served healthcare organizations (providers and payors), healthcare investors and pharmacos improve performance, implement transformations and define strategies to improve business value. There are 3 main areas where I support healthcare organizations:-Healthcare operations: I have led 5 transformation programs that are aimed to improve operations of healthcare providers and payors in Latin America (Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Colombia and Peru). Through these programs we have delivered +50M USD of value for organizations while improving quality and patient experience.-Healthcare investors: I have supported healthcare investors in Latam to design healthcare investment theses across the region by helping them understand local markets, map value pools, contact local players and build a capital execution plan. In addition, I have supported investors building greenfield digital businesses (e.g.: digital pharmacies) that are aimed to accelerate their digital presence in the ecosystem and have supported designing value stories to IPO healthcare assets or to fund new projects.-Pharma companies: I support multinational pharma companies in the region define business strategies that help them launch products more efficiently, optimize commercial and organizational models and digitalize their operations.
