Responsible for administering Ariba's overall system including users, roles permissions, templates, data import/export, suppliers, general platform configuration; Resolve system related issues identified by the business units; Provide system support to users, as needed; Manage recurring procedures and validate application usability and monitor system stability, ensuring that all operational tasks run error-free and application performance is optimal; Document Ariba administration procedures up to date; Manage incidents to ensure all incidents are analyzed, diagnosed, reported, communicated to stakeholders and documented; Recommend new controls to avoid incidents; Support new project development; Support project documentation procedures, identifying requirements, risks and quality parameters; Assists with gathering, compiling and analyzing information on program-related matters for preparation of required planning documents; Ability to work inependently and collaboratively in a team setting; Ability to mantain confidentiality of sensitive information; Identify solutions for reported incidents or systems enhancements in JIRA Ticketing System; and Ability to work with User Certification process.
