In July 2007 my experience in Foot Locker Italy S.r.l. began.Starting as part time, I shortly passed to full time, SL, ASM; changing several stores in Tourin and having different growth experiences in each of them.In November 2010 I turned in Store Manager and I moved to Genova where I starded to work at 06114 Store in Sestri Ponente.Only after a few months i moved at 06105 Store in Via XX Settembre, Genova, a bigger and two-floors Store with more employees.At the only age of 22 started my first experience as Store Manger and out of my hometown.From 2010 to today i had the possibility to growth and get better in both business and personal areas.I had the chance to compare different realties and this has helped me to become a better worker than before.During this period I had a lot of job satisfactions, I grew up in the company, I learned many things. I hadn’t only personal satisfaction, but also about the work of my employees. I focused heavily on their career growth, leading some of them to higher levels than those with which they had started.My dream in to growing up increasingly in professional level for even more job satisfactions.
