Primary Contact for Large Groups assisting the Account Executive in Group support, New Group Implementation Support, Handle all Enrollment meeting and Health fairs. Assist Sales Executive. Maintain positive interaction and support with existing Groups.

I work as Part of Very Knowledgeable team that Involves Dental and Vision Benefit Eligibility . My duties with EDI involve Reviewing and Processing Electronic Data Interchange Files that are sent to us from Various Companies which include the Enrollment selections/Changes that their employees have submitted. I review the file and report any discrepancies then process the file to complete the changes or enrollments. Any changes or discrepancies are managed directly with my Group contact and are resolved in a timely manner. The Enrollment coordinator part of my position involves processing manual Enrollment that come in via Enrollment/Change Cards, Spreadsheets and emails sent to us by either the Companies or Agents. We review the submission for any missing information and complete or Send to a Hold status for further review and missing information. The Missing information part of my Position involves contacting various Companies and Agents to collect any missing information that we require to complete their enrollment/change requests. I keep track of all forms placed in this status via Spreadsheet and complete each line with the resolution or review notes based on my contact with the Agent or company.

Began as a Shop helper with little to no experience and knowledge in the particular field in less than one year obtained full knowledge in entire department, was then moved to a different department of assembly where I was successful in performing required tasks and duties. I now assist supervisor with clerical tasks and oversee several department duties and perform well in all departments.

I assisted customers with advanced technical support and troubleshooting, Using several resources and tools to enable, disable and activate various features. Using Dual monitors I attend two customers and several issues simultaneously.
