- Responsible for ensuring BankUnited programs and projects are planned, managed, and governed in a consistent, transparent, and disciplined manner. - Provide leadership and oversight a team of Program/Project Managers who use Waterfall and Agile Development Methods to deliver critical, customer facing, enterprise software development projects to our production systems improving processes and making our teams highly productive.- Work with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) and Business Sponsors to align project roadmaps with bank's strategy, business objectives/priority and take into account resource availability.- Direct project portfolio activities, conduct reviews, and use strong technical and business acumen to manage risk and address escalated impediments.- Enforce consistency and standardize processes across the teams- Responsible for coaching and mentoring of delivery leaders on Agile/Scrum/Lean principles and practices.
