I graduated high school in 2004 in the Industrial Technical Institute of Cairo Montenotte (SV).After one year of working in a family shop, I started to work in the Schneider Electric Plant of Cairo as a Production Worker, in May 2005.At the end of 2008 I started to work in the Final Quality Control team, testing our products before the shipment to the customers. In 2012 I started to work in the Incoming Goods Inspection laboratory, testing the row materials incoming in the warehause before their immission in the production process.At sept 2015 I started to work in the methods function as an On The Job training stage, drawing work instruction for the production lines and supplying them of devices bought from suppliers or market portals.In April 2017 was proposed to me to partecipate on another On The Job stage, working in Costomer's Satisfaction & Quality function as Manufacturing Quality Supervisor and on the Integrated Manual of Customer Satisfaction & Quality, Safety, Environment ISO standards (for the ISO9001:2015; ISO14001:2015; OHSAS18001 Bureau Veritas certification).By April 2018 I became definitely part of Customer Satisfacion & Quality function.Starting from Sept 2018 i cover the Claims Management role, the Statistical Process Control of the Final Quality Control area and FCQ metrological resp for electrical instruments.Some relevant hobbies in the free time are Tennis, numismatics , ancient local history by reading books and visiting archeological or historically relevant sites.
