    Hired by the goverment during the 2009 presidential election season.Responsible for recruit and train citizens to be on charge at the elections process in some designated areas.I was trained to negotiate and persuad, because its difficult that people want to serve in the process (It take a complete day, always in sunday, and with out any payment).My duties were to inform and recruit to some specified citizens they were been selected to be part of the process, to transmit them information about the entire process, the different ocupations of the charges, how to count the votes, to fill the reports, and deliver the private information to the main office of the goverment (IFE).It was a hard job to go house by house recruiting people to make part of the staff, to deal with angry and bad manners people, to explain them, to convence them and finally to keep them motivated till the elections day to have the job done according to the schedule and reaching the objectives, but in some way it was very comforting to get it all done.On the elections day, i supervised the staff at the different locations where the votes were been delivered and providing help to those who need it.I learned a lot, and i keep using it!
