As a team leader, I was in charge of starting a new project very focused on customer service, where the objective was to persuade certain subscribers from cancelling a service.I was responsible for managing the database with customers information.In addition, follow up on key measurable of the project, manage and support the personnel in charge, prepare and make presentations and reports of results weekly, monthly, etc. for higher levels: SERVIFON and TELCEL managers, and always in constant communication with managers from different states of the country in the assigned area.In this position I learned many things, it gave me the opportunity to improve my communication, negotiation, persuation and teamwork skills, improve the quality of reports and presentation of results, work and deal with senior management positions, among other things.

Hired by the goverment during the 2009 presidential election season.Responsible for recruit and train citizens to be on charge at the elections process in some designated areas.I was trained to negotiate and persuad, because its difficult that people want to serve in the process (It take a complete day, always in sunday, and with out any payment).My duties were to inform and recruit to some specified citizens they were been selected to be part of the process, to transmit them information about the entire process, the different ocupations of the charges, how to count the votes, to fill the reports, and deliver the private information to the main office of the goverment (IFE).It was a hard job to go house by house recruiting people to make part of the staff, to deal with angry and bad manners people, to explain them, to convence them and finally to keep them motivated till the elections day to have the job done according to the schedule and reaching the objectives, but in some way it was very comforting to get it all done.On the elections day, i supervised the staff at the different locations where the votes were been delivered and providing help to those who need it.I learned a lot, and i keep using it!

Production supervisor intern at Alambrados y Circuits de Chihuahua, Plant 1, an electric harness manufacturing company, under ISO and TS16949 standards; part of the Delphi Packard Electric group.Responsibilities were to program the production plans of the assigned lines, the daily monitoring of key measurable, production, downtime and efficiency achieved, carry out the review and administration of the inventory of parts in process and delivered to the shipping area.Responsible for attending and correcting incidents of defective products and establishing controls to prevent future repetitions; Responsible for managing a staff of ten operators, providing and managing personal incidents, vacations, leaves, absences, providing support and feedback.In addition, in charge of conducting system adherence audits, also in charge of implementing improvement projects to increase productivity, quality and safety in assigned areas as well as updating work methods.Some other functions were to ensure compliance with the 5 S system, identification of kanban cards in production lines, cable routes and materials; monitor the correct and timely supply of cable and other materials for the processes, identification and replacement of visual aids, optimization of the space used, among other activities that had a positive impact on the company, increased the efficient use of available resources, freeing up space used from the plant, increasing the production of parts per hour, reducing the percentage of defective parts and the consequent reprocessing; and helping to reduce the possibility of accidents at the plant.
