Responsibility:developing renewable's and hydro Projects since the very beginning and explain them to different audience, as:- Local authorities, to manage assessment, approvals, permits and all relevant papers for dossier- Financial institutions to validate the feasibility and obtain financing- Technical officers in the course of the project.Projects are very complex in terms of 360° development and management, on top of being involved often as entrepreneur, board director, main Contractor and direct manager O&M of the Plant.Achievement:34 projects have been completed for a total production of 135 GWh/year, 25 Plants are operating for a total of 100 GWh/year, i.e.:- Elvo - province of Biella - 6 GWh/year (Employer: GdM srl, Italy)- Panaro, Scoltenna and Leo - province of Modena - 25 GWh/year (Employer: GdM srl, Italy)- Preit and Marmora - province of Cuneo - 15 GWh/year (Employer: HARPEN A.G., Germany)- Ogliolo - province of Brescia - 10 GWh/year (Employer: SEVA srl, Italy)- Cesana – province of Torino – 6 GWh/year, is under construction (Employer: IdroAlp srl, Italy).Between 2015 – 2017, I conduct research, feasibility studies, due diligence, and development projects in Lebanon, Cameroon, Angola and Morocco:- Litani, Qaa El Rim, Tannourine hydro power plants in Lebanon (ITA Dir Gen Cooperazione Sviluppo)- Batchenga aqueduct feasibility surveying in Cameroun (Cameroun Government)- Geotechnical Studies in new expansion DANONE factory of Meknes (FENICE – FIAT group)- Jamba Ia Mina in rio Cunene river Dam in Angola, Radial Gates (Water Gen Power - COBA)- Nfis and Ighiga Yene fluent water - hydro power plants in Morocco (Morocco Government)

Coordination and design review of drawings and reports, improving the communication between designers, Contractor and Stakeholders. The Plant is a fluent hydro HPP in Uganda, with 3 Turbine Generator Units TAT for around 20 MW totally installed.

Responsibility:Lead a staff of 20 JV Tractebel + ELC engineers and 80 EEP engineers.The staff coordinates 6 Main Contractors, both Italian and International, FIDIC contracts:- Salini Impregilo – Italy- CGGC China Gezhouba Group Company- Sinohydro Corporation – China- XD Xian Electric Engineering – China- VOITH Hydro Shanghai – China- GE General Electric Hydro – FranceTotally more than 5,000 men power: expatriates, skilled and unskilled staff.JV staff on Site supervises and monitors the construction for the whole of the project: Control Quality, Time Schedule, site details, as-built documents, HSE coordination and risks analysis.Activities are done by Daily, Weekly, Monthly and High Level Meetings.Achievement: on site I have been the point of reference for the project and all contractors and sub-contractors. I successfully managed, with the support of my Site Consultant team, the transition from the previous Contract, involving 2 Main Contractors, to the current Contract involving 6 Main Contractors. I consolidated an healthy environment with my JV staff (six nationalities), the employer EEP staff and with the Contractors and sub-Contractors.I achieved a relevant experience in a large project conducted in severe geo-political context.

Structural engineering and hydraulic consultant for infrastructural projects including: bridges, tunnels, hospitals, bridges piles foundations and river banks protections, as well as civil and industrial construction.Projects designed and signed by me in Italy include:- Service H.Q. Center SOMET spa in Colzate (BG), 100,000 m3 structural steel frame and concrete;- Skyscraper Alleanza Assicurazioni spa in Milan, 40,000 m3 structural steel frame and concrete;- Library of the City of Vimercate (MI), 16,000 m3 structural steel frame and concrete;- Hospitals of Rho (MI) and Vimercate (MB).
