Responsible for defining and completing products related to electronic HW, performing product analysis of internally designed hardware sub-systems.- Team coordination of electronic hardware/firmware design architects to define specific hardware/firmware requirements;- Support hardware/firmware architectural design with functional safety analysis methods (FMEA);- Support implementation of technical requirements at the hardware/firmware level;- Develop verification and validation methods to support testing of hardware/firmware;- Define test procedures and support testing of hardware sub-systems;- Document all relevant requirements, analysis, architecture implementation, verification, and validation for each sub-system.- Prototype debug and product development keeping cost aligned with target product cost

Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution.Main customers: Fiat, Renault, Tier2 for Denso-SHI (Automotive department); VARTA – BMZ - ARTS ENERGY – JAUCH (Battery Management Systems devices department). - Support Sales in the acquisition of new orders according to Division targets; - Define the scope of the project and create the general plan of the program; - Responsible for the Product Cost, Scope and Timing of the overall program; - Lead Team members from concept phase until handover to serial production; - Manage planned activities through Project Reviews and the compliance with internal milestones; - Communication hub to project team and stakeholders involved in the project; - Manage issue logs and risk management plans in order to provide warnings of serious deviations or variations that may compromise project results and promote corrective actions; - Active participation in customer audits in production plant to ensure quality needs; - Ensure the deployment of Company standard product development methodology, Quality tools/methods and standardization of solutions, in collaboration with other involved departments (Product Development, Quality, etc.)

Member of HW development team for Automotive department and Battery Management System devices.- Support the definition of HW architecture of synchronization and timing functions for Battery Management System and Automotive devices- Create test plans for synchronization and timing function verification according to standards and dedicated system requirements for synchronization and timing functions- Define and document the measurement setups (i.e., test benches) to execute the planned tests- Perform measurements and assess test results based on pass/fail criteria derived from international Standards.- Investigate failed test results and isolating root causes- Write test reports summarizing findings and recommendations- Evaluate and select appropriate measurement instruments together with measurement equipment vendors- Support Software Development, System Test and Test Engineering- ODM Management- Support Investigations of Customer and Field issues
