Control Intern Managerial

- Supervise and coordinate the following finance functions: controlling, budgeting and reporting, including preparation of financial statements and reports, budgets, forecasts and management information- Build new internal controls or strengthen current ones- Build new financial reports (where and when necessary) in order to trace key performance indicators and will add value towards management information- Maintain and develop a reliable forecasting / budgeting tool within the business- Responsible for the preparation and integrity of financial reporting- Responsible for implementing and performing Internal controls and reporting- Provide day to day business management of the Country's Controllership team and take leadership of project work- Manage internal audit on financial accounts and processes- Perform annualy, quarterly and monthly performance review- Active and permanent role in Management Board-Conduct Quality Internal Audits over division's teams- Responsibile for Quality System of Visma RnD- Active and permanent role in Quality Improvement Group

Collect, check, control and clarify data and information from the main production areas in order to get data for further analysis. Devise methods and procedures for collecting and processing data, utilizing knowledge of available sources of data and techniques Analyze economic data and strategic reports for local management board / shareholders and for Continental HQ Hanover.Prepare the monthly consolidated financial report in order to provide information to management board. Establish and maintain a financial reporting system which guarantees the accurate presentation of financial results.Monthly forecast.Yearly plant budget
