Lead the food and beverage department in the property including, room service, caterings, beach services, pool area, banquets, private events, restaurants and meeting rooms. Interview new candidates, evaluations, training of FOH and BOH employees and managers. Work hand by hand with all the manager and staff to exceed customer expectations. Develop and structure the 10th floor banquet rooms helping the sales team to improve and achieve all aspects for customer satisfaction and new proposals. Revenue re-estructuracion and audits of process from data entry to operations and managing for better ebitda and employee satisfaction.

As part of the operation comity of MHI (Melia Hotels International), I lead operation of breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets and room service for 611 rooms. Planning and implementing new strategies for labor union and non-labor union contributors to achieve goals and motivation for the excellence in customer experience. Help colleagues in regular operations and emerging situations in their departments. Planning development and schedules in order to satisfy the occupancy of the property and groups and conventions with cost control and implement marketing strategies to motivate our guests to visit our restaurants and experience excellence in customer service and gastronomic quality. Manage marketing, interviews, development of new employees, service workshop, quality check and service strategies to satisfy with excellence all the expectations of our invites and guests, handle emergency situations, cost control, purchasing, supervision of employees and managers, coordinating activities for the hotel and restaurant, internal and external audits, FOH and BOH interviews.
