In charge of Target Protection Specialist security team at a high shortage store. Was able to coach, develop, and manage team to success. Helped promote top performers and coached out bottom performers. Helped recruit candidates for AP team and partnered with appropriate leaders to schedule interviews. •Led AP team in minimizing theft and fraud, focusing on prevention, leading to reducing shortage every year for 3 years at a high risk/high theft store. Trained 10 employees for various positions in the AP field for 6 different stores in 3 districts.•Made numerous camera movements, helped implement a camera dome strategy, made sure to keep all cameras functioning properly and called in client support to resolve issues, used multiple reports to learn to maximize the team’s efforts in reducing shortage, educate employees in helping the store prevent theft and shortage opportunities.Promoted to Senior in November 2013.
