About Roberto Ponte

In my previous role at Infineum, strategic partnership and corporate transformation defined HR's evolving mission. With my team we redefined the HR function, aligning it closely with business goals and propelling a digital change. My tenure as Vice President of Global Human Resources has been marked by the successful orchestration of a leadership gender rebalance and the launch and optimization of a number of HR solutions. Through talent and change management interventions, we've tackled complex business transformations, including international expansion and process outsourcing. My focus on developing a high-performing HR team has established a resilient structure capable of responding to the organization's dynamic needs.As of September 2024, I left employment to expand my horizons, and have started a portfolio career to add value to good causes as non-executive director, career mentor, HR faculty or consultant, incl. pro bono.
