Within the Manufacturing Engineering - Building, Energy, Health & Facility Management, I was Head of Building, Energy & General Services dep. in the EMEA region.My team consisted of expert technicians (20 between managers and employees) and maintenance teams of the General Services (60 workers on 3 shifts).In this context, I gained significant experience and increased my skills in different aspects of the FM:- Facility Management: maintenance of Real Estate assets, global service contract management, defining and monitoring of KPIs and SLAs.- Managing activities of Outsourcing initiated by FCA in the Facility Management hard and soft.- Managing of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance; restructuring/adaptation of Buildings and Utilities of main European Plants and services areas; Warehouse Manager of indirect materials; Standard definition, and business policy, in matter of construction/refurbishment.- Energy & Ecology Management: Supervisor on environmental laws and related formalities, energy savings and reduced environmental impact, relationships with public authorities (Region, Province, ARPA, ASL ...), dispute management.- Risk Officer for the fire prevention and emergency procedures related to fire risk and environment.- Representative to Corporate Management for implementation activities of the Environmental Management System, according to ISO 14001 standards, and Environment Pillar in the implementation of WCM.- Introduction of equipment efficiency monitoring procedures, and harmonization with the group's plants, introducing manual systems (borderò) and automatic systems for OEE monitoring and analysis of loss causes (management and technical).
