As a commercial roofing consultant and trainer, I am currently tasked with self routing day to day for canvassing. Conducting roof assessments and educating property owners about said damages, followed with informing owners how we may be of assistance to them. In-person followups and emails are part of day to day operations. As a trainer, a second role is educating new consultants of daily operations and assisting with questions trainee may have with property owners.

As a customer care specialist, duties included phone calls with customers, auditing customer accounts, handling refund requests, emailing customers, and automatic payroll enrollment.

As the store manager, duties were to hire and develop employees, conduct employee reports, inventory counting and ordering, balancing registers, and resolve any customer issues.
