All the experiences I have had have made me the positive minded person I am now. I initially studied English with the purpose of becoming a teacher. This has given me a lot of friends, but most of all, a lot of role models I can follow so I end up carving a great professional on me.I have worked as a teacher for years, have also worked for Customer Service in several companies. I made it up to leadership positions in which the goal of the team is to always meet the key performance indicators and demands for the business to remain growing. Right here is where I got really attracted by the process. The way to meet the goals, with the talent the company has at the moment, and make it so successful that the growth is pretty much guaranteed.Then, since I have been following that path, and still focused on success, I was lucky enough to find people with the same focus.
