Part of the PMO department mayor task involved:- Create automated Excel Reports.- Investigate and analyse how to improve Tooling. - Manage PMO Project Online tool.- Create Project online manuals for tech, PMO and involved users.- Keep track of the project reports to be delivered and with the right information.- Keep up to date project report folders.

I had the opportunity to have a great responsibility of managing and supporting a Startek site involving with all the IT areas and structure, mayor tasks :1) Main IT point of contact of HQ.2) Local support for servers, switches, routers, etc..3) Contribute and update "ongoing IT project" going on site hand by hand with the PM.4) Be monitoring the system of tickets and resolve the Issues.5) Maintain all the hardware of the site.6) Image PCs.7) Monitor Network Connections and point of contact with service provider.8) Control in IT inventory.9) Direct contact with high level Administration.10) Tech support.

I did all the network structure of all the restaurants that were built at that moment, configuration of servers and Point of Sale, maintenance of Point of sales and equipment, Configuration and updates on menus, and products in the DB.

I was in charge of all the programming activities country wise, budget, point of sales of the product we managed, sales on the specific dates, concerts, carnivals, BTL, branding.
