• Perform all clerical duties• Drafting, quantity take-off and quotation preparation.• Prepare all project related financial reports.• Perform construction technician duties to ensure fluid coordination of all Homeowner and Commercial projects

• Oversee all land development infrastructure: completion of road works, installation of water reticulation system, implementation of drainage system and setting out of preparation of lots to be sold.• Conduct daily report write-ups and monitor progress of works• Ensure standard of work and work integrity is maintained and assist with Construction Supervision.• Coordinate functions between on-site staff and office staff• Perform pressure tests on the water reticulation system, slump tests and temperature tests on hot-mix asphalt.• Record all damages to road, drains etc. caused during construction and assign staff members to repair them.

• Conduct daily weather report briefing • Intake and record all incident reports via telephone/in person• Participate and assist in the organization of national preparedness drills and in house drills• Assist with the Public Awareness Campaign in Primary & Secondary schools i.e. lecture and educate the youth
