After graduating from California State University Monterey Bay, I made my way to Portland, OR. This is where I joined FRSTeam and started adding skills to my repertoire. During my time with FRSTeam I was able to grow my responsibilities outside of my job title, which allowed me to work closely with my supervisor to start overseeing a lot of the day-to-day operations. This included training, outreach to our vendors, ordering supplies, creating/updating procedures, etc... My supervisor was nothing but supportive when I discussed the possibility of taking the next step in my career in joining Hushly. For the past 5+ years I have been a part of the Hushly family and it has been, and continues to be, an amazing experience! Here at Hushly I have been blessed with the opportunity to learn and grow as a professional CSM, and future CS Leader. I joined Hushly shortly after the company was founded. When I first started, my responsibilities were mostly tied to performing health checks on client accounts, however, since then I have been responsible for training new team members, engaging in contract negotiations, client retention and success, executing QBRs, optimizing procedures such as our onboarding process, and support ticket management. Adding to my skillset, I have also gained a working knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua, and Pardot. On my off time I enjoy attending and playing a wide variety of sports, ranging from basketball to playing pool. In fact, I once won a $300 pool tournament when I was at CSUMB. I do enjoy the taste of a great craft brew IPA. I am also a bit of a sci-fi geek.
