Has undergone various training’s and seminars under SNI Philippines including a one (1) month BNC (Banking Network Computer) System Generation course at the SNI South-East Asian Regional office in Singapore.Underwent apprenticeship training/OJT (On-the-Job Training) for seven (7) months with I/ACT (Institute of Advance Computer Technology) on installation, repair and maintenance of microcomputers.More than 20 years of experience in installation, repair and maintenance of wired and wireless networking (LAN/WAN) systems including Intranets and other Internet applications. Has knowledge and experience in installation, repair and maintenance of Personal Computers, Audio-Visual; POS; DTH Satellite TV systems; Home Alarm Security and CCTV monitoring systems and VoIP PBX and devices.Extensive experience in IT "Help Desk" support and end-user training with strong customer service orientation. Familiar with SLA and technical escalation procedures to immediately resolve support issues. Possess excellent problem solving skills and strong background in managing, supervising and coordinating service support technicians.
