I have been working in the world of wine for 20 years now. A passion which has grown over time, studying every aspect, from harvesting the grapes in the vineyard to the wine transformation into the cellar. From a free lance selling large quantities to a Sommelier handing over just a glass directly to the costumers. Not any glass thought. Just the one they would like it that pairs beautifully with their food. My experience has given me an extensive knowledge of the wine making process, a great understanding of different grape varieties and relevant qualities/differences.
