I hired skilled professionals to support the process formalization and the ERP necessary implementation.Up to january 2011 • The sales process was successfully re-engineered - sales force automation, commercial costs controlling tool, order fulfillment process up to the automatic stock allocation;• Sales force reorganizzation project started from october 2010 will be closed with the new configuration in april 2011; • SAP implementation was launched for all the processes and is going to be closed;• The operations optimization started with the closing of two production units and the redefinition of the Sales and Operation process, the logistic business model and the purchases and production processes;• In the end of 2010 the process to reduce complexity to manage different non-strategic legal entity has been closed, by merging Girmi and SIC inside Bialetti and by winding-up proceedings of the Spanish, Chinese and German branches.• By end 2009 the given targets of reduction of the financial net position were exceeded and the economic turnaround realized by achieving the positive operating result after the previous consolidated heavy losses.
