Professional Track & Field Coach, Sport Manager by Attitude.In a non-professional environment such as Italian athletics I took a path aiming for a structured club: Athletic Elite.I have a scientific background I apply to my Track&Field Coaching approach, valued by a Double Career path back when I was a professional athlete. So i gained soft skills, knowledge, contacts and experiences that allow me to bring athletes to the next level.The experience in Athletic Elite, first as Co-founder, Vice President and then President, led me to deal with sporting challenges off the track: from the planning and implementation of events, to the management agenda, up to the political relationships with Clubs, Federation and local authorities.
