Overseeing the facilities operation of 160K m2 of properties in 5 countries and remotely managing a team of 5 facilities manager.• Implement standardized processes, procedures and best practices for facilities management in Nigeria, Costa Rica, US, Bulgaria and Qatar.• Collaborate on financial planning and management; serve as POC in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting OPEX spend; help to develop/administer capital and operating expense budgets for assigned facilities.• Supervise acquisition of new properties process, prepare CAPEX and OPEX investments, prepare and execute handover process and property improvement projects.• Responsible to monitor and approve all operation’s yearly OPEX expenditure and budgets.

Responsible for managing an engineering team of 12 resources working on proposals and solutions for Liebert and ERS USA.• Lead the applications engineering team for the development of technical service projects in accordance with time, budget, goals, and deliverables.• Provide technical support and mentoring for the less experienced team members.• Creation and development of KPIs to measure group performance.• Sales support in a B2B scheme, providing energy saving solutions to customers and developing indicators for the marketing group to assure sales goals are meet.• Development of Oracle CRM on demand metrics (charts/dashboards/reports) to capture and measure sales indicators and engineering team performance.• Lead production of customized service proposals from Liebert Services to ensure proposal reflects proper scope, required technical specifications and Network Power profitability requirements.• Technical support, creation of engineering tools to enhance sales and engineering offerings.

Responsible to propose automation solutions (DCS, SIS) for oil and gas projects.• Propose, quote and design solutions analyzing technical and commercial documentation for automation projects using Delta V.• Key point in the decision making for the best cost solutions to assure a competitive technical and commercial proposal.• Technical support for the sales teams in Latin America (Mexico, Southern Cone andBrazil).• Proposal management including entire scope from the spec’s analysis until the technical and commercial delivery. • Management of junior proposal engineers and small teams for proposal developmentTechnical support for the sales teams in Latin America. Cabinets design to minimize footprint and price and maximize the use of the components. •Management: In charge of the entire proposal scope from the spec’s analysis until the technical and commercial delivery. Management of other activities like: clarification process of the proposal, handover to operations team, daily communication with front offices, representing Emerson in technical meetings with EPCs (Italy, Mexico).
