Since January 2018 till December 2018: Business Project Manager Supporting a Business Integration project on the company regional SAP platform.Since November 2016 till December 2017: Supporting a project to implement Workday as HR platform for Switzerland and the integration with the local SAP Payroll, T&A and local systems.Since November 2014 till October 2016: As I/T Project Manager, Supporting a project to implement the SAP GRC module and reduce SOD risks for the Regional SAP instance, used by the 4 plants in Europe (6000 users). Main responsibilities were the coordination of a Team of 20 people, project planning and budget management.

EMEA I/T Risk Assurance Manager, supporting the regional project portfolio for SDLC, Change Management and Project Management. Projects' portfolio monitoring with the PMO organization, leading the exit review process and executing the project risk assessment, making sure compliance requirements are considered, implemented and tested during the project. During last year, I have been involved in the Synthes integration process, supporting Change Management, SDLC, Project Management and Digital Assets Risk Management. Furthermore I cover the EMEA Internet Compliance Authority role, to assess digital assets from a compliance prospective, making sure new websites and mobile Apps are reviewed and made compliant with J&J policies before the release.This experience has been instrumental to improve my Risk Assurance skills, including: SDLC, Agile, SOX, GxP, PART 11/ Annex 11, GAMP5, Segregation of Duties, Data Privacy, Security, Audit, Digital Compliance.

Project Manager involved in the deployment of the FASE JDE8.12 platform to Iberia first and then Italy. I also kept my previous responsibilities, managing a virtual Support Team, in charge of a legacy ERP system used in Benelux, Germany and Italy. The Team supported the transition to FASE, to guarantee data conversion and a smooth cut-over (Benelux and Germany went live in 2010, Italy in July 2011).

As IT Manager Europe at the Cordis HQ in Brussels, I led 2 relevant EMEA projects: EDO (European Distribution Optimization) and FASE (Financial Accounting Services Europe). My responsibility was to coordinate the integration of Cordis legacy systems based on AS400 with the Regional JDE8.12 platform, ensuring a smooth transition.

From 2005 to 2006, I was part of the Team implementing “Project Italy”, the 4 Italian MD&D companies merger. After this project, I assumed the role of IT Manager for the Milan site, extending my responsibility to other Franchisee. This experience gave me the opportunity to improve my Management skills, in a very complex organization (3 different ERPs for the 3 Franchisee), with the responsibility of IT budget and local IT Team. In addition, this experience helped me to improve my Compliance skills (Sarbanes-Oxley / Audit processes).From 2001 to 2004, IT Manager at Cordis Italy, with IT budget responsibility. during the 4 years I led several projects:

Involved in the Astra & Zeneca merger. The project goal, was the JDE and SAP systems integration. In this project I coordinated the JDE data harmonization and conversion activities. Thanks to this experience, I made a deeper knowledge with SAP (SD, FI modules).

IT Analyst, supporting the Payroll department (legacy AS400 Application, used by 15 different companies within the group). I was part of the merge of the existing 15 companies into a new Entity, leading the payroll part for IT. After that, I extended my responsibility to other areas (Logistic, Production, Transportations). Thanks to this experience, I gained deeper JDE knowledge (Finance and Distribution).

During these 3 years, I was the technical IT Lead, responsible for everything related to IT in the organization. Thanks to this very exciting experience, I improved my AS400 knowledge, dealing with suppliers and internal customers and I was able to deepen my knowledge in Internal processes within a complex organization.

My first job. During the 2 years, I had the opportunity to improve my technical skills, being involved in several projects in a very dynamic consulting Team.
