About Roberto Villa

Head of ICT area since 2001, I am currently in charge the IT department of the Artsana S.P.A.I have gained various experiences in Diagnostics & Medical Devices Industries and retail in C position, also managing business functions with a consistent number of resources and managing the relationship with the end customer.The experience in multinational companies allowed me to approach different cultural realities and design business processes in different fields.Many years of experience in company management committees (board) and participation in international executive committees has developed an understanding of the business dynamics under different aspects, convincing me that the development of a company is possible by combining human resources and processes (and therefore information systems) in efficient way
