Ensure profitability across all business units and maximize ROI. Ensure that all legal requirements and standards are met, ensure the delivery of information, obligations and management reports in the appropriate quality and within the specified period. Ensure the financial health of the group by managing and proposing measures to maintain the profitability of each operation. Prepare the company to expansion.

Ensure profitability in all business units. Ensure that all legal requirements and standards are followed, guarantee the delivery of information, obligations and management reports in the appropriate quality and within the specified period. Ensure the financial health of the group through management and proposal of measures to maintain the profitability of the operation.

Atribuições: Assegurar o cumprimento das normas e procedimentos do grupo e garantir que todos os requisitos legais e normas sejam atendidos e entregues dentro dos prazos, zelar pelo compliance das áreas de contabilidade, tributos, contas a pagar, pela entrega dos fechamentos contábeis e relatório de gestão e informações para a matriz no prazo. Assegurar a boa gestão dos ativos e a correta gestão e acompanhamento do CAPEX e OPEX.Principais realizações:- Desenvolvimento e implementação da área de controladoria do negócio para report a matriz unificando e otimizando os processos;- Terceirização de frota, reorganização dos serviços administrativos, due-dilligence, otimização de processos e atividades, redução de custos nas diversas áreas do negócio;- Desenvolvimento de ferramentas gerenciais de apoio à gestão das atividades do negócio (custos, orçamentos, metas, gastos fixos e variáveis, rateios e indicadores operacionais padronizados e comparativos entre unidades) – resultado melhoria significativa dos resultados.- Atuei no projeto de implantação do módulo SAP para Fluxo de Caixa (LP) para melhor gestão das movimentações financeiras;- Liderei diversos projetos de recuperação de impostos, o mais significativo foi o projeto de recuperação do PIS, COFINS e ICMS pagos sobre o CAPEX – importação – recuperamos ~USD5 milhões; - Gerenciei a implantação dos SPED’s e todo o processo de informatização das obrigações fiscais (federais, estaduais e municipais), desde a extração das informações até a apuração e pagamento;- Atuei para formar a cultura da prestação de serviço para os clientes internos e externos, com isso melhoramos o prazo de atendimento das demandas e o relacionamento entre os departamentos e as diversas unidades;- Participação ativa no desenvolvimento do BI - BW, Qlikview e Quantrix (orçamento) e melhorias nos módulos - SAP;- Formei diversos profissionais nas unidades para elaboração dos estudos de viabilidade dos projetos de investimentos;
