• 25 years of experience in Broadcast TV, Telecommunications, Data Centers, and PayTV, acting as a technical/operational specialist, process manager, manager cross functional teams, both in-house and outsourced, working on-site and in the field 24x7.• Responsible for technical/operational activities ranging from infrastructure, signal acquisition to final delivery, signal distribution, aiming to adapt and maintain the entire technological yard up to date.• Responsible for the activation and operation technical of broadcasting sites, commissioning of new equipment and operational release, (USD 100MM CAPEX). Activities ranging from assembly, signal acquisition (RF, IP, Fiber), routing, processing, compression system and distribution signals. Management and operation of large-scale live events.• Directing the operational architecture of sites, (RFP and RFI) in the selection of solutions and suppliers for mission-critical and specific infrastructure environments for the systems.• Skilled in understanding the company's strategic objectives and managing the technology area with agility and flexibility to meet business demands.•Process governance with the purpose of ensuring good practices for implementing and operating processes, answering calls (SLA) and managing activities.•Management of CAPEX investments (more than USD 100MM) and OPEX (more than USD 200K).•Internal and external, national and international relations with companies, suppliers, business partners, programmers, regulatory agencies, media aggregators, TV stations, as well as management of service provision contracts.
