About Roberto Bernabò

In over 35 years of work, after a solid experience in the HR functions of one of the most important companies in Italian TLC, I have become increasingly specialized on issues of: Intranet Management, Knowledge Mangement, Education and New Social Learning. And, in the last 5 years, i have become a customer experience expert, an activity in which i have completed my professional career linked to customer knowledge, his expectations during his customer journey, and in which i have increasingly refined my competencies to satisfy them.In my life I have tried - as much as possible - to beat different paths, trying different solutions and keeping fresh my knowledge on the new frontiers of my work. I believe in the integration of cultures, in the hybridization of the minds, which arises only from contact with different thoughts, and the knowledge that each of us is unique in its diversity. I have a degree in law, and i am specialized - with a master - in business administration. I love to read, are viscerally attracted by the pictures, their evocative power, and from the stories told through them. I learned to create and edit video in digital format. I believe the future of the organizations is closely tied to the irreversibility of the process of digitizing and socialization of knowledge. I like to study cinema, and I write, for more than 10 years, a thematic blog dedicated to the seventh art.
