I have more than 23 years of experience, I have promoted transformation and innovation in public and private organizations in various countries, including Spain and Colombia. I have led high-impact projects in organizations such as the United Nations, Telefónica R&D, Novartis, Banco W or the National University of Colombia, co-creating emerging futures, evolving culture, appropriating new ways of working and co-designing solutions of value and impact. As Founder and CEO of La Cocreadora, I have trained more than 5,300 people and advised 200 companies. Throughout my career, I have designed and executed more than 245 projects, collaborating with renowned entities and training teams in various countries around the world.
